# Mod Guidelines -----------------------------------------------------------------
AbuseDB mods are supposed to be protecting the Geometry Dash community.
Before flagging make sure:
- You have high standards for what to flag.
(minimum expectation is a level containing content that is
not appropiate excluding mild profanity or anything that
robtop would approve to be in the game)
- You don't abuse your role.
(do not add flags for zero or very small reasons no one should
care about, treat this admin panel like you're actually
reporting to a mod and the content you are flagging is
really bad)
- Your flags have a description.
(flags that arent descriptive will be edited or removed,
flags that do NOT contain source links will be removed except
for levels since thats the proof for the flag)
Here are the DOs and DONTs for flagging, if something you want to flag is not
on the list of DOs and DONTs, do not flag it at all and contact @jarvisdevlin
on Discord. I have very mixed opinions and we are not risking any drama or
something happening to AbuseDB.

Geometry Dash Levels -----------------------------------
DOs
- **NSFW or sexual content** (nudity, explicit imagery [ex: sex])
- **Hate speech** (slurs, made to harass players, nazi imagery, russian/ukraine
propaganda)
- **Doxxing** (real names, addresses, phone numbers, etc shared without the
consent of the user)
DONTs (never flag these)
- Mild profanity / swearing
- “Edgy” or controversial themes
- Low‑effort level
- Somewhat suggestive themes but not crossing the line of graphic NSFW content (contact
@jarvisdevlin on Discord for questions)
- Levels that crash the game or made to jumpscare the player
- "Free Stuff" levels / scams, no one cares.
- Personal disagreements
Geometry Dash Accounts --------------------------------

DOs
- **Bots / Botters** (automated accounts attacking certain areas of Geometry Dash)
- **Account takeover evidence** (sudden name/skin changes paired with malicious activity)
- **Illegal Activity** (illegal activity happening either on or off platform that puts
others at risk, we dont care about bank robbers)
- **Made for Troll/Ragebait** (account made for the purpose of spamming slurs is an
example)
DONTs (never flag these)
- Mostly harmless Comments (insults, edgy/suggestive jokes, "kys", etc)
- Hacked Accounts (DM me the account, this is for Poisons)
- Pointless Drama happening off platform
